## **Trustees Annual Report for the period ended 5th April 2021.**
The trustees are pleased to present their annual report together with the receipts and payments accounts for the charity period ending 5th April 2021.
The receipts and payments accounts comply with the Charity Commission recommendations for receipts and payments accounts.
## **Our Purpose and Activities**
The Charity’s objectives are:
The relief of sickness, disease and the preservation of health for the public benefit, in particular but not exclusively through funding the training of medical and clinical staff in recognised professional qualifications in counselling in order to improve psychiatric care for transplant patients and their families and carers before, during and after transplantation.
To provide financial and other practical support for transplant patients and their families and carers before, during and after transplantation.
To provide information and produce materials regarding transplantation to inform and assist transplant patients and to educate the public.
## **Public Benefit**
The trustees have had due regard to the Charity Commission guidance on public benefit in deciding what activities the charity should undertake and confirm that all charity’s activities are undertaken to further our charitable purposes for the public benefit.
