Our works promotes mental and physical wellbeing, aids recovery, combats social isolation, educates and empowers people to move their lives forward in a positive direction

The Relief Of Sickness And The Preservation Of Health Among People Experiencing Mental Illness Or In Need Of Rehabilitation As A Result Of Such Illness Through The Provision Of Or Assistance In Providing Facilities To Enable Individuals To Participate In Sport And Other Physical Recreation. 2. To Advance The Education Of The Public On The Subject Of Mental Health.
