## **Public Benefit** 

The Trustees have had due regard to the Charity Commission guidance on public benefit reporting in deciding what activities the charity should undertake. This report illustrates the activities undertaken to support the public benefit requirement: 

Weekly public acts of worship Sundays @ 10.30am. 

Mid-week craft Group (open to the public).

Monday Fellowship group for adults (open to the public) 

Messy Church for young families (open to the public) 

Providing ongoing spiritual and pastoral support to the members, friends and connected persons of the King’s Lynn Church of the Nazarene. 

Providing spiritual and practical care for members and friends of the church who by age and infirmity have trouble in getting out. 

Providing spiritual, pastoral and practical care for anyone seeking help from the church. 

Giving financial and food donations to the Foodbank along with providing volunteers to help with their work. 

Providing financial support for Christians Against Poverty (C.A.P) 

Provide prayer and financial support to our Missionaries and also financial support for disadvantaged children and disaster relief.

Contribution of Volunteers 

The activities undertaken and achievements attained by the church would not have been possible without the active involvement of the many members and friends of the charity who provide their help voluntarily in service to their Lord and saviour, Jesus Christ.

The Pastor is grateful for the commitment of the Board members who give freely of their time and gifts to serve the Lord as overseers of the local body.

Achievements and performance 

This year two of our board members were accepted onto the Reffley committee with a third becoming treasurer of the local foodbank. The youth have become more active in providing music and singing in our services. We have also achieved the budget requirements of the Nazarene District **Summary of the main** so the work of the denomination’s missionaries can continue. **achievements of the charity during the year** 

**Section E Financial review** The charity’s policy is to ensure it has sufficient reserves to meet its financial responsibilities for at least six months. The income of this C.I.O remains wholly dependent upon the regular free-will offerings of the members and friends of the King’s Lynn Church of the Nazarene. 

From time to time the charity receives one-off monetary gifts towards specific activities. These monies are always used in accordance with the donor’s instructions. 

- Income is normally spent on renting premises and purchasing equipment and materials for our clubs and various activities. Our income also provides a stipend for the Pastor, upkeep of the Manse along with payment of utility bills and other miscellaneous costs incurred by the Pastor in the pursuance of his calling.
