Our reseNes at the end of 2023 were ££22,823, a reduction of £1,793 in
year.The Chanty Reserve Policy is to hold a reserve equivalent to 6
months sponsorship {£13.863) in orthr to sustain the project. This
Includes the rare situats'on We￿ a 8ponsor may not be able to continue
sponsorship and allows time for a new sponsorto be found. We also hold
sp&ific reserves of £2763 for projeds and grants. and £.6,197 for food
aid and emergency needs.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity {Yhe Trusf) for the year ended 31st December 2023.
Responsibilities and As the charty trustees. you are responsible for the preparation of the
basis of report accounts in accordance with the Chants"es Act 2011 (°the Act.).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carrred out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5){b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confimi that no material matters have
examinerfs statement come to my attention in connection with the examination vthich gives me
cause to believe that in, any material respect..
the accountiro records were not kept in a¢¢ordance with section 130

the accounts did not accord wrth the accounting records,. or
the accounts did not comply wth the applicable requirements
