**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT;THE PROMOTION, PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH AMONGST PERSONS OVER THE AGE OF 18 WHO ARE CANCER PATIENTS OR WHO HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFULLY TREATED FOR CANCER, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS, WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING WELL-BEING AND REDUCING THE LIKELIHOOD OF RELAPSE IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, PROVIDING:A) INFORMATION AND ADVICE ON LIFESTYLE AND DIETARY ISSUES AND EXERCISE;B) EVIDENCE BASED COMPLEMENTARY AND HOLISTIC THERAPIES; ANDC) PROFESSIONAL COUNSELLING SERVICES.

**Activities:** In adults living with cancer and their Carers, the provision of evidence based services that are proven to improve QOL, reduce late effects of cancer & its treatment, and reduce the likelihood of recurrence, ie:a)    advice and instruction on lifestyle, diet and exercise;b)    evidence based complementary and holistic therapies; andc)    professional counselling services
