## 1. Membership, Recruitment, Volunteers & Community
We face an ongoing challenge around player and volunteer recruitment. We discussed how to improve and optimise recruitment for both.
## **Player Recruitment:**
- [Action] Peter Thompson to look to leverage Josh Matthews network at Maseco. Sharing a flyer with their communities. [Open Question] Should we provide a discount code?
- [Action] Ross Arieta to add the Maseco sponsors to the website
## **Coach Recruitment:**
- We believe that we can enhance our program by identifying a paid coaching leader to own the coaching program. [Action] Peter Thompson write job description.
- Board to look to invite applications prior to year end, with the intention of running a coaching clinic before the start of the season.
## 2. Safeguarding
[Action] Ross to review existing safeguarding documentation and update as required with new trustees.
## 3. Food Provision
Jack Elza, long standing BBQ master, is hanging up his grill. Former Umpire Jack Albrecht is going to create a BBQ offering. [Action] Ross Arieta to follow up with Jack A around food safety accreditation.
## 4. BBF Affiliation
Having opted out of BBF membership in 2022, we would consider re-joining the BBF however believe we need a compelling reason to do so. Currently, we believe LondonSports is better served maintaining a degree of separation from the BBF.
We should consider working with Formosa Islanders to allow our players to participate in BBF events.
## 5. League Admin

## 6. FY21 Financial Accounts
Draft accounts have been created, Ross Arieta to share with Stanton McLean to have reviewed. [Action] Stanton McLean to share accounts and have them signed off.
## 7. Board Membership
Stanton McLean officially stepped down as a Trustee. We want to thank him for his many many years of effort. The Board discussed bringing David Alvarez in as a Trustee, pending DBS check.
