The major risks lo which the Charity is exposed have been identified and steps taken lo mitigate those risks.
The I￿alA risk 10 the c.harity ¢onc¢Ths the investments held. The Trustees have mitigated tl)is risk by eilgaging James Hambro &
Partners LLP to manage the IiJv¢stments ttnd n)onitor the px)rtfolio and financial risks 10 the Charity. Tl)e Trustees TegulaTIy
review the valuation of investinents and the in¢ome stream generated.
The TrLJStees have satisfied themselve5 that the t1115t is a going conceTn and has adequate resources to continue in opeTational
existence for the foTeseeable futUTe. The charitable activitie5 are funded by the investment portfolio and although C.ovid-19 did
liave a negative iTnpact oli tlii5, the portfolio has [￿0Ver¢d witli sutTici¢nt value to support contiiiued gr(int making.
