**Objects:** (1) THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH WITHIN THE UK BY THE PROVISION OF TRAINED FIRST RESPONSE VOLUNTEERS TO ATTEND MEDICAL EMERGENCIES AS DIRECTED BY YORKSHIRE AMBULANCE SERVICE.(2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN FIRST AID, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY THE PROVISION OF TRAINING IN THE PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES OF BASIC LIFE SUPPORT AND FIRST AID WITH IN THE SKIPTON AND SURROUNDING AREA.

**Activities:** We Provides authorised trained volunteers to respond, as directed by Yorkshire Ambulance Service, to life-threatening medical emergencies to the residents and visitors to Skipton and out-lying villages which aims to reduce the number of pre-hospital deaths.In addition to this work we provide information and training to members of the public on Basic life support and first aid.
