Patrols have operated, when possible due to Covid regulations. lie schools
have been openl in tsvo secondary schools in Northampton. One on

Covld.19 pandemlc
Due 10 the pandemic we suspended operations in March, Street Pastors
restarted in August. A number of our volunleer5 needed to ShIe￿ or had
lamily who were vulnerable and were unable to volunteer The Slreet Pastors
coordinator liaised with the local athhority and Pub watch. Trustee Sarah
William5 worked on our Covid guidance and successfully organised the
fielding of teams m051 week$ We had flexible timings that supptrrted the NTE
during the more restricted opening hours laid down by the government We
ensured we complied with gu￿anCe changing our approach a$ appropriate lo
remain safe for all. Expiessions of Ihanks and appreciation were receNed.
The coordinators were furloughed at times during this year.
Our Volunteers
All patrols are carried out on a voluntary basis. there are 20 active Street
Pastors and 12 active Sthool Pastor5. Street Pastors have CO1￿1Ve{Y done
283 hours patrolling the streets (reduced due lo Covidl and ScAool Pastors

Trustees
A change of chairperson from Paul Worth to Adarn Eakins in March 2020.
Anne Davis stepped down from the Trustee Board in September of 2020.
They worked within the Covid guidelines dur1ng the year.
Recruitrnent
The pandemic provKled issues with recruitment. Plans were put into place to
deliver an on-line recruitrnent earty in 2021. The trustees continue lo support
the development of re¢ruitmenl slralegies.

Relationships continue wth the Unhersity. In January 2020 a tearn was

per month each for a Street Pastor Co-ordinator a￿0 a School Pastor C¢>

The coordinators were furloughed for 4 months.
There is a facility for people to donate via our web site which recovers
