he main activity of Disciplin8 the Nations is the development of accredited Christian
ourses to be run in a variety of settings e.g. church, prisons or other or8anisations. The
urriculum is flexible in length and depth of study to cater to a wide variety of learners and
earning environments. Specifically. Disupling the Nations undertakes the following

Development of Blble Course Curriculum, particularly Chaplaincy
Development of Learning Outcomes and working with AIM (formerly OCNWMRI on
recognised accreditation.

Discipling the Nations operates DtN Academy- which runs DtN courses and is
financlally considered a division of Disciplin8 the Nations and is therefore included in
these accounts.
chievements and Performance
urin8 the year ended 31 March 2025, the charity continued to stren8then and expand Its
ducational provision, with partlcular pro8ress made in the development of Its online
earnin8 platform. Community chaplaincy modules were further enhanced to support
ractitioners working With specific groups. including families and young people, ensurin8
hat tralnlng remains responsive to the needs of diverse communities. The Continuing
rofessional Development ICPDI course continued to provide structured ongoing training
or those in chaplaincy and pastoral roles. supporting high standards of professional
ractice. A si8nificant achievement during the year was the completion of the new Worship
nd Pastoral Care course, now ready for delivery, which equips learners to lead worship and
rovide pastoral support across church, healthcare. and community settings. Collectivelv,
hese developments reflect the charitvs commitment to acce55ible, practice-focused
piritual education and to equipping individuals to serve their communities with
ompetence and compassion.

Financial Review
Overall income for the year was £5,253.83 which all relates to unrestricted activities. rais
through student fees of £4,660.43 and donations totalling £593.40.
Expenditure for the year was £8,204.24 coverin8 general running costs, office supplies.
staffing/contractors, OCN fees in addition to a bursary disbursement of £819.45.
For the financial year 2024125 we report a loss of£2.950.41.
Reserves
The trustees define the charitvs free reserves as unrestricted assets which are available t
the charity and to be expended at the Trustees, discretion in furtherance of any of the
charity's objectives, but which has not yet been spent, committed or designated.
The trustees confirm that the free reserves should be held at an average of 3 months costs,
currently £2,500. At the end of the year free unrestricted funds of £2.771.38 were availab'le,
which is close to the free reserves limit. Costs for both accreditation and IT/Web hosting
were significantly larger this year than in previous years and ways to reduce these costs
be sou8ht.
