I report to the trustees on my examinatlon of the accounts of the EmpowerlnB KSds in
Kenya CIO. number 1161130 for the year ended 31" December 2023.
As the charity trustees of the Trust you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts In accordance wlth the requlrements of the Charities Act 2011 {'the ACY).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trusys accounts carried out under
sect+on 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examlnation I have followed all
the applicable DIreCt￿nS 8lven by the Charity Commission under section 14515)Ib} of
the Act.
I have completed my examlnatlon. I confirm that no material matters have come to
my attentlon in connection wlth the examlnatlon gmng me cause to believe that In
any material respect.
l. Accountlng records were not kept In respert of the Trust as required by settion
130 of the Act; or
2. The accounts do not accord with those record5. or
3. The accounts do not comply wlth the requlrements concernlng the form and
content of accounts set out In the Charltles Regulatlons 21JJ8.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters In connection wlth the
examinatlon to which attention should be drawn in this report to enable a proper
understandlng of the accounts to be reached.
