**Activities:** The provision of affordable, secure, and environmentally sustainable housing for people in housing need in Devon and Cornwall. We have planning permission for 23 new affordable units in Dartington, Totnes including units for young people with support needs and adults with learning disabilities, with 8 market homes for cross-subsidy.
