**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PROMOTE GOOD CITIZENSHIP BY OFFERING OPPORTUNITIES TO COMBINE PHYSICAL EXERCISE WITH VOLUNTEERING, IN PARTICULAR ASSISTING LOCAL COMMUNITY PROJECTS WITH MANUAL LABOUR AND PROVIDING AD HOC AND ON-GOING SUPPORT TO ISOLATED, LONELY AND/OR VULNERABLE INDIVIDUALS.

**Activities:** GoodGym is a community of runners who combine exercise and volunteering. We run to help isolated older people and to do physical tasks for community projects.
