Activities
The objective of the charity is to maximise ecological significance and recreational potential of the woodland. The woodlands' network of rides and footpaths will be maintained and developed in order to allow public access and increase biodiversity.
Objects: 4 The charity’s objects (“Objects”) are specifically restricted to the following:For the public benefit, the preservation of woodland through purchase and thereafter environmental and ecological conservation of it (together with any further land acquired) providing for managed access to the relevant land: -(i) for educational purposes by special interest groups;(ii) for educational purposes by educational establishments; and(iii) for the general public for recreation through the use of permissive paths.”
