Para 1.41 |
Over the last few years FYI has demonstrated 1500% growth in service delivery with thanks to support and funding from all the providers listed in this report. Despite the challenges faced in navigating a global pandemic, Free Your Instinct continued to show resilience throughout. Over 2022-23, FYI had sought to increase organisational structure to support this increased delivery, however, due to the current mental health and cost of living climate, grant funding has proved more challenging than in previous years. As such FYI has sought to automate as much as possible to ensure sustainability of increased service delivery while the ability to increase organisational structure is realised. Over 2022-23, FYI have worked closely with Esprit Concrete to develop a sustainable partnership agreement. That is due to come into effect in June 2023. |
