**Objects:** TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE CITIZENS OF BOLTON, WHO ARE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED, SO AS TO ENABLE THEM BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY, LEADING TO THE IMPROVEMENT OF THEIR HEALTH AND WELL BEING.

**Activities:** Precious Gems is actively involved in building the capacity of women and young people, by identifying their gifts and talents and utilising these gifts and talents to enable them meet their identified social, economic, mental and environmental needs in their community. We operate in the United Kingdom and through our partner organisations outside the United Kingdom.
