Activities
We take in donations from the general public and renovate some of the items in addition to cleaning prior to sale in one of our two shops. The charities and individuals who we support are those that can are most needy or urgent cases. Cases are referred by other Charities, Social Services or the Church. Every case is looked at separately and checks done to ensure the case is genuine.
Objects: The Charity's Objects ("Objects") Are Specifically Restricted To The Following:(1) The Relief Of Financial Hardship, Either Generally Or Individually, Of People Living In The United Kingdom And Overseas By Making Grants Of Money For Providing Or Paying For Items Services Or Facilities.(2) To Advance Any Purposes Which Are Exclusively Charitable Under The Law Of England And Wales From Time To Time By Providing Grants To Charities Or Other Organisations Or Individuals Identified By The Trustees At Their Discretion.
