The charty has increased occupancy
in January 2025 in order to meet
increased demand for places
following the Introduction of the
Govemment's increased free
childcare offer. The charity now
offers up to 23 places per session
and has recruited an additional
member of staff.
Fees have not been increased this
year but are likely to increase in April
2026
The charity has provided childcare
and education places to 46 children
and families and is offering places in
line with the new 30hrs of free
childcare offer to qualfying families

childcare to qualifying disadvantaged
children and familiesa

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity {￿he Trust,) for the year ended 311312025.
Responsibilities and
basis of report
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Acl 2011
("the Act").
l report in respect of my examination of the Trus¥s accounts carried out
undeT section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charty Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent trhe tharIt￿S gross income ex￿eded £250.000 and l am qualified to
examiner's statement undertake the examinab'on by being a qualified member of [insert name of

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
come to my attention in connection wtth the examination (other than that
disclosed below -) which gives me cause to believe that in, any material
respect:
the accounting records were not kept in accordan￿ wrth section 130

the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements
concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities
