The trustees confirm that they have referred to the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefit

The trustees have liaised the charity's sponsor and de￿.15 of the charity's purpose * how the

Achie¥•ments and Porformanc•
During the year the Gharity made awards tolaling £3.11XI to iwo indtwdua15 to relieve financi81 hardship.
Financial Review and R￿er¥•$ Pollcy
The charity receives fvnding from its sponsor arKI does not soli(¥i lundirYJ from other sources. Duri
the year granls of £37.500 were received and expendituffj. i￿￿Uding grants. of £3.252 was incurred.
This produced net income of £34,248. Total reseNes at the year end amounted to £135,539. The
tnJ5tees have decided the hddin9 of signfficant reserves is umecessary. as the trustees provide their
time wilhoul charge and the levd of administrative expendibjre is minimal.
Impact of Covid 19
Except for the inability of twstees to physically meet, Covid-19 has had no material imp8Ct on the

is entiUed lo omil the word "Limited" from its name.
