## **Trustees’ Report, 2024-2025**

## **Overview** 

As reported in 2021-22, the Trust has completed negotiations with its first academic partner, Corpus Christi College, Cambridge. The first Dilys Bursary was funded from October 2023 and bursaries continue. 

## **Detail of income** 

The Trust received no new income in this period. 

## **Detail of outlay** 

No new outlay occurred. 

## **Agreement with institutional partner** 

Our institutional support agreement with Corpus Christi College, Cambridge, continues. The College has the right to use monies received from investment of the £125,000 that we have deposited with the College, to support a bursary for one student, under the conditions specified in our contract. A second student is now benefitting from the bursary. The College is now reporting directly on the value of the Trust’s investment so that we can monitor its core value.
