## **Trustees’ Report, 2021-2022**

## **Overview** 

During this period, the Trust was able to complete negotiations with its first academic partner, Corpus Christi College, Cambridge. 

## **Detail of income** 

The Trust received £150.00 in compensation fees from banks (HSBC and Cooperative) that had failed to supply service according to their own standards.    A further £16.00 was received to cover the cost of transferring the Trust’s banking affairs to Wise Ltd. 

## **Detail of outlay** 

£16.00 was spent to cover the cost of transferring the Trust’s banking affairs to Wise Ltd. 64p was spent on banking fees associated with transferring funds to our new charitable partner. 

## **Agreement with first institutional partner** 

We reached an agreement with Corpus Christi College, Cambridge, under which we have transferred £125,000.00 to to be invested as part of the College’s standard investment. According to the terms of the partnership agreement, The Trust retains ultimate ownership of the funds, but the College may manage their investment, with a view to supporting scholarships for students, according to the Trust’s constitution.   The first student will be supported from October 2023.
