**Objects:** 1) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC BY FACILITATING THE PROVISION OF A LIBRARY SERVICE WITHIN PENRHYN BAY; AND2) TO FURTHER OR BENEFIT THE RESIDENTS OF PENRHYN BAY AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID RESIDENTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE RESIDENTS.

**Activities:** Our charity exists to promote the use of the Community Library not only for traditional library use but to expand the out of hours use. The building and grounds are available to be enjoyed by all. We have volunteer gardeners and the indoor space is used by U3A groups, two Book Clubs and a volunteer led hearing aid clinic. Activities for young children are held during the main school holidays.
