The Church Committee have pleasure in presenting their Report and the Financial Statements for the year ended
31 March 2025.
Constitution
The ChFlStian Arabic Evangelical Church is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation registered on 6 March 2015 and
Is governed by its constitutlon. A new constitutlon was adopted on the 6January 2023.
Oblectives and actfvities
The ObJectlves of the Church are the ftjrtherance of the Christian Gospel an(J the servlng of the Christlan Arablc
communltyof Brighton and Hove.
Organlsatlonal structure
The church Gommittee who served durlngtheyear, and the charltytrustees, are shown on page l.
Church commlllee members are appolnted bythe existlng members and are provided wlth approprlate tralning to
undertake the role they will occupy wlthln the church.
The Church Is affliated tothe Fellowship of Independent Evangelical Churches IFIECI.
Revlew of actlvllles
Key events during the year included:
IstApril 2024. Easter Monday picnic was held at Dalesdown.
Wednesday 3rd April Bible Studyon Names of God through-out the Bible.
• 19th April London Blble Collage Seminar attended by Pastors RAbou Setta and A. Michael.
The Womens, Meeting held approx. 9 meetings via Zoom throughout the year with a different lady choosing the
worship songs and a different speaker each time. The themewas"The Victorious Lion"
May 17-20 2024 Pastor Hanl Shawgi and spouse held BlbleTeachlng nights.
lune 2nd-18th 2024 PastorAtlf Rushdy held revlval meetings wlth worship leader Faye2 Adli.
Sunday8th June. three members of a Syrian familywere baptised.
Ilth June Eastbourne outlng for the ladies.
27th June Out-reach team from The Gulf spread the Good News in Brighton.
30th June Gideons Ministry shared their vislon In church.
9th-16thJuly Out-reach team from Sweden.

3-4 August Elder Mamdouh Mansour came from Sydney jolned by Pastor Amman Abdel Masih from America,
visited the Christian Arabic believers in France.
PastorArnman took the 5und3y seryice on 7th August 2024.
iith August Pastor Nabil Nashld from Egypt held an evening of Bible study.
• 17-22 August Oijt-reach team from the United States.

Review of activities (continued)
7th December, 30 Ladles held 2 Christmas celebration party in the church hall.
The young mothers and single ladies met in the church every other month.
26th January2025, Tony Ford from OC taught on 'Howto make disclples,.
Worship singer Samuel Farouk held a nlght of praise and worship on 5th February.
15th March Womens, conference on held In the chuTch. 31 Ladies attended.
30th March Motherlngsundaycelebratlons.
Durlng 2024 there were three outlnES for the youngsters. one Included a farm visit.
There were 24 Full members ofthe church In 2024-25.
Publlc beneflt
The trustees have complled wlth the duty In section 1715) of the 2011 Charitles Actto have due regard to guidance
publlshed by the Charity Commlssion and belleve that the oblectlves and actlvltles of the church are for the publlc
benef It.
Revlewof flnanclal posltlon
There was a cash surplus on the general fund of £3.474 during the year12024: cash deficit ot £6,811). At 31 March
2025 the church held cash funds of £20,30612024: £16,832).
Trustees and related partles
None of the trustees received any remuneratlon or were relmbursed paid any expenses during the year. There were
no related party transactions during the year.
Rlsk management
The church has considered the risk5 It may face and confirms that systems have been established to mitigate
them.
Reserves
The church endeavours to maintaln cash resources to cover at least slx months expendlture.

As the trustees of the Charlty you are responslble for the preparatlon of the accounts in accordance with the
requlrements of the Charltles Act 20111.the Act'l.
I report in respect of my examination of the Charlty's accounts carrled out under sectlon 145 Of the 2011 Act
and In carrylng out my examlnatlon I have followed all the appllcable Dlrectlons given by the Charity

Independent examlner's statement
I have completed my examinatlan. I conflrm that no materlal matters have come to my attentlon In connection
wlth the examlnatlon givlng me cause to belleve that In any materSal respect:
(11 accountlng records were not kept in respect of the Charlty as required by sectlon 130 of the Act.

(31 the accounts tto not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content
of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any
requirement that the accounts give a 'true ancl fair view which is not a matter considered as part
of an Independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connectlon with the examination to whlch
attention should be drawn in thls report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be
reached.
