## **Annual Report of the Trustees of Headway Darlington for 2021-22** 

Headway Darlington has had a particularly good year with grants awarded by a number of charitable trusts and by the National Lottery Awards for All Scheme. 

As we came out of Covid it was a challenge to restart a number of services but with the support of a small group of volunteers, the charity has continued to offer support, guidance and activities for people with an acquired brain injury who live in and around the Darlington area. 

Our thanks go out to the Edward Gosling Foundation, the William Leech Charity, the National Lottery Community Fund Awards for All programme, The Forrester Family Trust, the Yapp Charitable Trust, County Durham Community Foundation, The Hospital of God Charitable Trust, the Hadrian Trust and the Sir James Knott Fund for their kind and generous donations towards our work.
