## EPPING FOREST HOUSING AID SCHEME
TRUSTEES REPORT FOR YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2023
Apart from a transfer of Scheme’s remaining funds of £30668.64 to Epping Forest District Council which reduced the funds held by and the activities undertaken by Epping Forest Housing Aid Scheme during 2023 to nil no other activities were undertaken during 2023. Following this transfer of funds Epping Forest District Council took over the administration and running of the Epping Forest Housing Aid Scheme.
In view of this the Epping Forest Housing Aid Scheme being no longer viable will be formally closed in 2024.

**1) The repayments relate to an agreement to repay a guarantee given. To date no payments have been received.**
**2) All guarantees outstanding were transferred to Epping Forest District Council and the guarantee of £60,000.00 given by Epping Forest District Council cancelled. 3) No call was made in 2023 on the funds available for general purposes.**
