ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING TRUSTEES REPORT FOR YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2021
Once again there is little to report as the activities undertaken during 2021 have once again significantly reduced over previous years with minimal activities mainly centred on tidying up outstanding guarantees. In view of this the Trustees debated and finally agreed that the Epping Forest Housing Aid Scheme is no longer viable, and steps will now be taken to open consultations to close it.
It is envisaged that the date of closure will be before 31[st] December 2022.

Notes to the accounts:
- 1) The repayments relate to an agreement to repay a guarantee no payments have been received 2021.
2) Any shortfall in assets available to cover Guarantees Outstan a guarantee of £60,000.00 given by Epping Forest District Coun shortfall for 2021 this guarantee would not have been called up have ceased to exist in 2021.
3) It is envisaged that no call will be made in 2021 on the funds purposes.
