Alder Hey Children's Charity raises vital funds to help make Alder Hey Children's Hospital a truly world-class, patient-friendly hospital for the 330,000 patients and families we care for every year. We are inspired by children; they stand at the heart of everything we do, driving us to raise money so the hospital can deliver the best care possible.
Objects: 3.1 The Objects Of The Charity Are, For The Public Benefit:(a) To Further Any Charitable Purpose Or Purposes: Relating To The General Or Any Specific Purposes Of The Foundation Trust Or The Purposes Of The Health Service;(b) To Promote, Protect, Preserve And Advance All Or Any Aspects Of The Health And Welfare Of The Public; And (C) To Advance And Promote Knowledge And Education In Medicine, Including By Engaging In And Supporting Medical Research (And The Dissemination Of The Useful Results).3.2 This Article 3 May Be Amended By Special Resolution But Only With The Prior Written Consent Of The Commission.
