## **Report of the Trustees** 

The Trustees present their report and the financial statement of **Conserve Africa** for the financial year ended **31 March 2025** , prepared in accordance with the Charities Act 2011 and the applicable Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP) for charities. 

## **Financial Review** 

During the period ended **31 March 2025** , the charity **received no income** . As a result, **no charitable activities were undertaken** during the financial year. There were **no expenditure activities** , and the charity did not engage in fundraising or operational delivery during this reporting period. 

The Trustees confirm that the charity remained compliant with its statutory obligations during the year, notwithstanding the absence of financial activity. 

## **Reserves Policy** 

As the charity had no income or expenditure during the year, there were **no reserves held** at the end of the financial period. 

## **Trustees’ Responsibilities** 

The Trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees’ Annual Report and financial statements in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards, including the Charities SORP. 

The Trustees confirm that, so far as they are aware, there is no relevant audit information of which the charity’s independent examiner is unaware, and the Trustees have taken all steps they ought to have taken to make themselves aware of any relevant audit information.
