Para 1.20 | A Lease of the Park was granted to Alford Town Council for a period of 5 years and we have worked with them in identifying priorities for maintenance of the grounds of the Park and repairing the infrastructure thereof Maintenance and repair of all play equipment is now under the terms of the Lease the responsibility of Alford Town Council as is regular inspections of play equipment, trees and shrubs and all other Park facilities. Carrying out with Alford Town Council such work as is required to maintain the high standard of the appearance of the Park and the facilities within it. |
