**Objects:** THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL AND PRACTICAL SUPPORT TO ASSIST ORGANISATIONS AND CLUBS WHICH ENABLE THE GENERAL PUBLIC TO PARTICIPATE IN BASKETBALL AND OTHER SPORTS."SPORT" MEANS SPORTS OR GAMES WHICH PROMOTE HEALTH BY INVOLVING PHYSICAL OR MENTAL SKILL OR EXERTION.

**Activities:** The Foundation delivers programmes around both basketball and a wider social agenda in the UK. These programmes are delivered  in partnership with private, public and third sector. The  programmes cover a wide scope of activity, including including basketball participation, player pathway , working with disability, education related, healthy living , healthy eating and social inclusion.
