## **Annual Report to its Members for the year ended 30[th] June 2021** 

## **Brackenside** 

During the year Brackenside was maintained through a series of working parties involving both members and friends.  The working parties were smaller and less frequent than ideal due to social distancing and lockdown rules. 

## **Community Allotments** 

A fifty year lease for the land to the north of Kellow Hill along the southern boundary of Great Kellow Farm was signed in September 2020 for an initial rent of £100pa. 

During the year our focus was on raising funds to prepare accessways and individual allotment sites.  Work started in Spring 2021 and carried on throughout late 2021 and early 2022.  The first allotments will be available to let in mid 2022. 

## **General** 

PEG engaged with several local groups including the Harbour Trust and the implementation of a local Development Plan on environmental and sustainability issues potentially impacting the local community. 

## **Meetings** 

The majority of meetings were held online via ‘Zoom’.  The trustees approved the Financial Statements and Annual Report on 27[th] April 2022
