STRUCTURE. GOVERNAN￿ AND MANAGEMENT
The Charity was established by memorandum and artlcles of associatlon Incorporated 3￿ August
2014 under company number 919S985. The Charlty was re8lstered as a charlty by the Charity
Commlsslon on 18 February 2015. The princlpal office bs 149 HaNest Flelds Way, Sutton Coldfleld,
West Midlands, 875 5TJ.
It Was Set up to make 8ronts. It will financlally benefit unconnected indlviduals and organlsatlons
where the grant will meet the definltlon of a charitable Brant and be applied by the reclplent In
fulfllment of a charltsble purpose.
Both trustees named on pa8e l. Edward Robinson and Susan Robinson, have been In office slnce
Incorporation. They have held office throu8hout the year and to the date of thls ￿port.
No trustee has receNed any remuneration directty or Indirectly from the Charity. The power of
appolnting new or additional trustees Is vested in its Members who are the P￿Sent Trustees.
The Truslees have agreed that, as part of the inductlon process for new trustees, before anyone
conslders appolntment as a trustee, they should famlliarise themselves wlth the responslbllitles of
charlty trustees. read the Charlty Commlsslon booklet on this subject and carefully read the CharIt￿5
memorandum and artlcles of associatlon and Its latest financial statements.
The Trustees have reviewed the major risks to which the Charity is exposed. Where practical and
approprlate, steps have been put in place to manage. mitigate or minlmlse those rlsks.

FINANaAL REVIEW
The trustees are of a vlew that there are sufflclent reserves to secure the Immedlate future of the
Trusi for the next 12 to 18 months and. on this basis. the charlty is a 8oin8 concern.
The Trustees have the power to invest In such assets as we see fft. However, to the balance sheet
dates we have only placed funds Wlth Barclays Bank.
Income for the year was £82,69312022: £1451. Experrfliture for the year was £5.86012022.' £16,873).
The Charlty currently has £41,264 In undesignated fvnds {2022: £15,386) and £201,857 In respect of
Invested deslgnated funds {2022' £150,425).
RESPONSIBILMES OF THE TRUSTEES
The Trustees are responslble for preparing their report and the flnanclal statements in accordance
with appllcable Iwi and regulations.
Company law requlres the Trustees to prepa￿ financial statements for each financlal year. Under
that law the Trustees have elecled to prepare the financlal ststements in accordance with Unlted
Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Prartice (UK Accounting Standards and appllcable lawl.
Under company law the Trustee5 must not approve the financial statements unless they are satisfied
that they give a true and falr vlew of the state of affairs of the charity and of the surplus or deficit of
the Charlty for that perk)d.
In preparln8 these flnanclal Statements, the Trustees are ￿qUired to:.
select suitable accountln8 pollcles and then apply them consistently;
make judgements and accounting esiimates that are reasonable and prudent:
state whether applicable UK Accounting Standards have been followed, subject to any material

that the charity will continue operating.

The Trustees are responsible foi keeping adequate accounting records that are sufficient to show and
explain the Charitvs transactions and disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial

UK and Republic of Ireland IFRS 1021 issued on 16 July 2014 and wlth the Flnanclal Reportlng Standard
applicable In the United Klngdom and Republlc of Ireland IFRS 1021.
The accounts present a true and falr vlew and no changes In the basls of accountlng have been made
during the year. There have also been no chan8es to the previous accounts durlng the flnanclal year.
The charity Is a publlc benefit entlty as defined by FRS 102.
Golng Concern
The trustees are of a vlew that there are sufflclent reserves to secure the Immedlate future of the
Trust for the next 12 to 18 months and on that ba51s the charlty Is a Bolng concern.
Cash Flow Exemptlon
The charltable company has not produced a Statement of Cash Flows, as the charlty Is wlthln the small
company and charlty thresholds.
2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES
Fund Accountlng
Unrestrlcted funds are donatlons and other income recelved or generated for the objects of the
charlty wlthout speclflc purpose ènd are avallable as general funds, There are no re5trlcted fvnds.
Income
Donatlons from Indlvlduals are included on a cash recelved basls. There would be no materlal
difference If an accruals basls were adopted. Tax recoverable Is Induded In the period to whlch the
glft 8eneratln8 the tax recovery relates laccruals basisl.
Expendlture
Grants are accounted for when a formal commltment Is made. Other expendlture Is Included on an
accruals basls when Incurred. Govemance costs are those related to the runnln8 of the Charlty,
Including the Independent Examlnatlon and other statutory C05tS.
Judgements and E5timatlons
The trustees have not made any slgnlficant Jud8ements In the process of applylng the accountlng
policies and there are no area5 of estimation uncertainty that have a slgnlflcant rlsk of causlng a
material adjustment to the carryln8 amounts of assets and liabilities.
Net current Assets
Current assets are cash at bank wlth Immediate access and debtors. There are no fixed assets. Current
liabllitles are obligations to pay for servlces wlthln one year.
