Basis ofIndependent		examlneds		My examination was cerned out in accordance with
sbttemsnt				general directions as stated within the Association's
				Constitution. An examination includes a reVew of
				accounting records kept by the Association snd a
				comparison ofthe accounts presented with those
				records. It also includes consldemtion ofsny unusual
				items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking
				explanations from responsible ollicers concerning	any
				such matters. The procedures undertaken do not
				paar)de all the stfdence that would be required in an
				audit, and consequently I do not express an audit	opinion
				on the accounts
Independent	examiner's		statement	In connection with my examination, no matter has	come
				to my attention:
