**Objects:** 1) TO PROMOTE, ADVANCE AND IMPROVE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE AND RURAL CRAFTS AND SKILLS IN ALL THEIR BRANCHES BY THE IMPROVEMENT OF LIVESTOCK AND THE DEMONSTRATION AND SHOWING OF LIVESTOCK, MACHINERY, CRAFTS, PRODUCTS, METHODS AND PROCESSES CONNECTED WITH AGRICULTURE AND AGRICULTURAL EDUCATION IN PARTICULAR BY THE HOLDING OF AN ANNUAL SHOW.2) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.

**Activities:** To promote for public benefit, agriculture, horticulture, rural crafts & skills by the improvement, and showing of livestock, agricultural machinery, crafts, products, methods, processes and agricultural education in particular by holding an annual show. To provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation of individuals who have special needs to benefit their conditions of life.
