TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE MENTAL HEALTH OF THE PUBLIC IN THE BOROUGH OF SEFTON AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING, ADVICE AND SUPPORT.2. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THOSE WITH AN INTEREST IN MENTAL HEALTH BY THE PROVISION OF TRAINING COURSES AND WORK PLACEMENTS.

**Activities:** The provision of free to access psychological support for adults, children, couples and families living or working in the borough of Sefton. Therapy is provided by qualified and in-training volunteer clinicians.The charity will shortly begin delivering counselling training courses to achieve3 financial self sufficiency.
