By Actively Assisting In The Development Of Community Projects To Alleviate Injury, Sickness, Ill-Treatment, Neglect Or Threat To Animals And Their Environment. B) To Advance Public Education, In Particular By Providing Educational And Research Programmes That Raise Public Awareness Both Nationally And Internationally, Of The Problems And Solutions Facing Cetaceans And Their Natural Environment Including But Not Limited To Natural Habitat Degradation, Welfare Concerns, And Wildlife Loss.c) Involve The Widest Possible Stakeholder Community, Especially The General Public In The Decision Making Processes That Lead To The Protection Of Cetaceans, And Thereby Actively Seek Recognition And Influence As The Largest International Network Of Experts And Advocates For Cetaceans.
