The Trust￿ had prevDu8ly 4reed that an independent extemal valuation of the Land and Buiklings should be conducted every 3 years. The Trustees dechled to defer the scheduled January 2023 revaluation in the light of the continuing consequences of COV￿ and on the basis that any benefit of a revaluation in those circumstances was outweighed by the professKJnal costs invofved. The Trustees cOns￿er that the threal of CQC dk8ruption or sa￿tIOn is the main risk to Bethany being unab to wntinue with the Care HcThe aclivity on the current basi8.
