WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH OTHER AGENCIES, LIAISING WITH GOVERNMENT TO ENSURE ENHANCED RIGHTS FOR VICTIMS AND A 'VOICE' WITHIN THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM.
Objects: A) The Advancement Of Education For The Benefit Of The Public And Organisations, Of The Implications Of Becoming Involved In Crime And Related Issues. B) To Promote And Protect Good Mental And Physical Health, Relieve Poverty And Sickness Of People Who Have Been Affected By Violent Crime Which May Result In Death From Murder, Manslaughter, Or Unlawful Killing (Hereinafter Referred To As ‘Homicide’) In Particular By The Promotion And Delivery Of Services That Contribute To Their Quality Of Life And Wellbeingc) To Promote And Support Research Into The Cause And Effects On Society Of Serious And Violent Crime And Of Homicide And To Disseminate The Useful Results Of Such Research For The Benefit Of The Public.d) To Promote Such Other Charitable Purposes As May From Time To Time Be Determined.
