JAMIA ABDULLAH BIN MASOOD (RA) is a registered charity and have many activities it takes place. - 1) We have a Foodbank provides assistance to some of the most vulnerable people in the community in South Yorkshire, irrespective of race or religion, primarily through the distribution of food parcels & essential parcels. We serve everyone using our own ASSALAAM Foodbank. We distribute hot meals & drinks in South Yorkshire on a regular basis. These food parcels are made and assembled by us and then are distributed. We also purchase food items & essential items for those people that require it for door to door parcels. - 2) We have ladies coffee time in the community centre who attend and enjoy all kinds activities held such as reading activities, writing activities, sharing recipes and just socialising. - 3) We have opened our doors for everyone who is a victim of hate crime. We help people fill in the online hate crime forms. In the community the are people who firstly may not know how to use the internet or those who don’t have access to wifi . Hence we support people to be able to have a voice and report it. - 4) We also have after school clubs for youth and children from the age of 5-18 years old.
