I report on the accounts of West Hill Village Hall for the year ended 31 March 2025

A5 the Charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. You consider that the
audit requirement of section 144121 of the Charltles Act 2011 (the act) does not apply. It is my
responsibility to state, on the basis of procedures specif led in the General Directions given by the Charity
Commissioners under section 14511}lal of the act, whether particular matters have come to my attention.

My examinatlon was carrled out in accordance with the General Directlons glven by the Charlty
Commissioners. An examination includes a review of the accountin8 records kept by the Charity and
comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It a550 includes consideration of any unusual
items or disclosures In the account5 and seeking explanations from you as Trustees concerning any such
matters. The procedures undertaken do not provlde all the evidence that would be required In an audlt

voluntary and other organisations in a common effort the advancement of education and
the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and other leisure
time occupation5 With the object of improving the conditions of life of the said
inhabltants by managing and malntainlng a village hall facllity.
