The only financial transactions were monthly contributions of **£1 from trustee Sue Wagstaff** to maintain the bank account. No other income, expenditure, or activities occurred. 

The trustees remained unchanged. The approximate closing balance at 31 March 2023 was **£328.** 

The trustees intend to close the charity once all reporting obligations are complete, transferring any remaining funds to **Courtyard Arts (Hertford)** .
