Reserves policv

alternative but to do so.
Our responslbllltles for the audlt of the Ilnanclal statements
We have been appointed as auditors under Section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 and report In accordance with the Act
and relevant regulation5 made or having effect thereunder.
Our objective5 are to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial statement5 as a whole are free from
material misstatement, whether due to fraijd or error. and to issue a Report of the Independent Auditors that includes
our opinion. Reasonable assurance is a high level of assurance, but is not a guarantee that an audit conducted in
accordance with ISAS IUKI will alway5 detect a moterlal misstatement when It exists. Misstatements can arise from fraud
or error and are considered material if. individually or in the aggregate, they could reasonably be expected to influence
the economic decisions of users taken on the basi5 of these financial statements.
The extent to which our procedures are capable of detecting irregularities, including f raud is detailed below:
enqulrln8 wlth management and others to 8ain an understanding of the organisatton Itself Includlng
operations, financial reporting and known fraud or error,.
evaluating and understanding the Internal control system,.
performing analyhcal procedures as expected or unexpected variances in account balances or cla55e5 of

testing documentation supporting account balances or classes of transactions,. and
conilrmlng accounts receivable and other accounts wSth a third pèrly.
Because of the inherent1imitation5 of an audit, there 15 0 risk that we will not detect all irregUlar￿tres, including those
leading to a material mi55taternent in the financiol stotement5 or non-compliance with regulation. Thi5 risk increases
the more that cornpliance with a law or regulation 15 removed from the events and transactions reflected in the tinancial
statement5, a5 we will be less likely to becorne aware of instances of non-compliance. The risk 15 a150 greater regardin8
irregularities occurring due to fraud rather than error. as fraud involves intentional concealrrent, forgery, collusion,
omi55ion or misrepresentation.
A further description of our re5pon5ibilitie5 for the audit of the financial statements Is located on the Financial Reporting
