Accounting Policies** ## **Basis of preparing the financial statements** The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Charities SORP (FRS 102), the Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland . ## **Tangible Fixed Assets** Tangible fixed assets are measured at cost less accumulative depreciation and any accumulative impairment losses.
