**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO AREPRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN YEOVIL AND DISTRICT FOR PATIENTS WHO HAVE SUFFERED HEART RELATED CONDITIONS BY PROVIDING FACILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO UNDERGO AN EXERCISE PROGRAMME MONITORED BY APPROPRIATELY TRAINED STAFF AND BY SUPPORTING CARDIAC REHABILITATION AND EDUCATION IN THE AREA COVERED BY YEOVIL DISTRICT HOSPITAL.

**Activities:** The charity provides support to a cardiac rehabilitation programme, including exercise classes and  counselling services, for all cardiac patients in the catchment area of Yeovil District Hospital. Fundraising events and private donations enable the charity to maintain and replace gym equipment for the rehabilitation unit and and to fund specialist training for the cardiac staff at YDH.
