**Objects:** 1) TO PROTECT THE HEALTH OF PARENTS AFFECTED BY THE SUDDEN INFANT DEATH SYNDROME (SIDS), STILLBIRTH OR NEONATAL DEATH OF THEIR CHILD OR CHILDREN.2) THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO CHARITIES IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY TO THOSE CONDUCTING RESEARCH INTO THE CAUSES, INCIDENCE AND EFFECTS OF SUDDEN INFANT DEATH SYNDROME (SIDS), NEIONATAL DEATH AND STILLBIRTH.

**Activities:** 1. To protect the health of parents affected by the loss to sudden infant death syndrome ("SIDS"), stillbirth or neonatal death of their child or children. 2. The provision of grants to charities in particular but not exclusively to those conducting research into the causes, incidence, and effects of SIDS, neonatal death or stillbirth.
