outliers in the national profile of those attending job centres. This aspect of our work includes the preponderance
of clients under 20 and over 50, as vlell as the ionw-tenn unemployed, who are often referred to us when other

and the support of major regional employers are reasons why we are able to combine exGellent success rates

provid8 excellent value for money to our g8nerous donots and are able to make a real and lasting differen¢e to

Over the past 12 months Vdition has worked hard to continue to buibj its reputatKJn amongst existing partners

Greater Manchester to work very closely with 19 jobcentres ar)d build partnerships in new economic $￿torS.
These include companies from engineering, retail, food manufacture and propety management. Over 190

The Department for Work and Pensions IDWP) has aws been a great partner and we liaise with all jobcentres
in the Grealer Manchester ne￿r￿ This year we have taken office space in several JCP centres in Manchester.
This enables us lo speak directy with claimants who are considering volunteering as a pathway back into
employment and helps build reL8tionships with staff. We have attended a record number of job fairs in 2023 and
thi5 has definitely kept the volunteering elen*nt of personal development at the forefront Df our minds. This year
we have partnered with Iwo amazing companies, Cushman and Wakefield and the Waterman Group. Both are

Judgements In applylng a¢Gountlng poll¢les and key sources of estlmauon uncertalnty
In preparing these financial statements, the Trustees have made judgem@nts, the details of which are
included in the following accounting poI￿les. There are no areas of Signrf￿ant estimates.
Golng Con¢ern
The financial statements have been prepared on a goirrfJ concern basi8. In the CUTrenl economic climate,
the Iruslees acknowledge the effect of th8 current cost of Irving crisis and have reforecast the financial
position and cash-flows forthe period to 31 DeGember2025. The forecasts confirm that the charity Gan meet
its obligations as they fall due. The current bank balance of £22.100 is sufficient to cover any Gommitted
expenditure. As such the trustees are satisfied that the Charity can settbe its obligations for a peripd Df 8t
least 12 rTh)nths from the date of Signing the financial State￿nts and this does not 9rve rise to a material
uncertainty regarding the chariWs ability to continue as a going concem. The trustee5 therefore believe that
it is appropriate for the ftnancial statsments to wepared on a going concern basis.
