THE ROSELANDS TRUST 1160216 Trustees. Report The Trustees of The Roselands Trust are pleased to submit their report and accounts for the year ended 31 Dember 2024. Charftable objectives The Trustees shall hold the Trust Fund and tts income upon tnjst for the public benefit to pursue any such purpose whi(* is exclusively charitable according to the law of England and Vvales as the trustees shdl in their absolute discretion shall determine from lime to lime. Main activities Money is raised principally through donations from Mortgage Guarantee Limited, a company in which the director, Mr K Johnson. is a trustee of The Roselands Trust. The Trust does not seek donations from the general public. but accept donations from indivduals or organisalions should they be offered. Review of activities During the year the trust direcuy supported 34 local charrties. A further 12 charities received grants through the Trusts association with the Cumbria Community Foundation. Basis of preparation The financial statements have been prepared on a receipts and payments basis as p8miitted by the provisions of the Charities Act 2011 2. Going concem The accounts have been prepared on the assumpb'on that the charity is able to continue as a going concem, the trustees consider appropriate having regard to the current level of unrestriced reserves.There are no material UnrtaIntieS about the charity's ability to continue as a going concern.
