**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO SHALL ARE THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF RESIDENTS IN COUNTY DURHAM OR IN SUCH OTHER GEOGRAPHICAL AREAS AS TRUSTEES MAY DECIDE, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF MODES OF TRANSPORT AND CONNECTED SERVICES SUCH AS TRAINING THAT WILL ENABLE INDIVIDUALS TO TAKE UP NEW EMPLOYMENT AND SKILLS.

**Activities:** The charity aims to assist people to get and keep jobs through the provision of transport where public transport is not adequate to meet their needs. Specifically it is establishing a scooter loan scheme in parts of County Durham, including training, safety equipment, support to clients and assistance to find long term solutions to their transport requirements.
