The Talk Direct Charitable Trust was set up primarily for the benefit of the underprivileged and disadvantaged people of Bharuch, India, but to also act to provide emergency aid following a natural or other disaster in other affected regions across the globe. Last year the charity supported other UK charities who are currently helping the poorest in the UK and Africa with donations.
Objects: 1 The Education And Development Of Knowledge And Skills For The Socially And Economically Disadvantaged In India To Assist Them To Identify Their Needs And To Participate More Fully In Society;2 The Relief Of Financial Hardship Among Socially And Economically Disadvantaged Individuals And Communities In India By Providing Goods And Services Which They Could Not Otherwise Afford Or Access; And3 The Prevention Or Relief Of Poverty Or Financial Hardship In India By Providing Or Assisting In The Provision Of Education, Training, Healthcare Projects, Infrastructure, Professional Advice And All The Necessary Support Designed To Enable Individuals And Communities To Generate A Sustainable Income And Be Self-Sufficient.4 The Relief Of Financial Need And Suffering Among Victims Of Natural Or Other Kinds Of Disaster In The Form Of Money (Or Other Means Deemed Suitable) For Individuals, Bodies, Communities, Organisations And/or Countries Affected Including The Provision Of Medical Aid Or Other Resources.
