As part of the change in legal status to a Charitable Incorporated Association (CIO), the charity took over all the operations, funds, assets and liabilities of Yorkshire Cat Rescue (registered charity number 1058218) on 1st April 2015. This charity had been operating since 1996.
Objects: To Relieve The Suffering Of Cats Who Are In Need Of Care And Attention And,in Particular,to Provide Or Maintain Rescue Homes Or Other Facilities For The Reception And Care Of Such Unwanted Animals And Their Treatment
